About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst to support a business intelligence and reporting team in the financial and insurance sector. You'll contribute to maintaining critical reports, data validation, and collaborative troubleshooting while learning from experienced analysts and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards to reflect changing business needs

• Assist with data extractions and execute SQL queries

• Perform data validation and reconciliations across reporting layers

• Work with analytics and engineering teams to resolve data discrepancies

• Support documentation for reports, dashboards, and data definitions

• Participate in data testing and gather user feedback

Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 1–2 years’ experience in reporting or data analysis

• Solid understanding of Power BI and data modelling basics

• Basic to intermediate SQL skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, pivot tables, formulas)

Preferred

• Exposure to enterprise data tools and documentation practices

• Experience working with cross-functional analytics teams
