We’re looking for a commercially sharp, execution-focused Head of Strategic Partnerships to act as a true extension of the founder across an entire portfolio of ventures.
This role is not limited to one business line. You will own partnerships end-to-end across retreats, events, brand initiatives, book launches, online summits, and broader ecosystem expansion. The team is lean and moving quickly, and partnerships and outbound efforts are currently slipping through the cracks. You will step in as the dedicated owner.
You should be AI-native, systems-driven, and comfortable operating with executive presence. This role requires someone who can represent the founder confidently in high-level conversations and take full ownership without hand-holding.

- Support retreats, live events, book launches, summits, and founder brand initiatives
- Ensure partnership execution aligns with broader strategic goals
- Proactively source and pursue aligned brands, funds, media platforms, and ecosystem partners
- Lead outreach, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing
- Represent the founder confidently in external conversations
- Drive deals from first touch to signed agreement
- Build and maintain structured CRM systems to manage all partnership activity
- Organize contacts by geography, context, and opportunity stage
- Ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks
- Track pipeline performance and momentum across initiatives
- Act as a direct extension of the founder across external conversations
- Communicate with clarity, executive presence, and discretion
- Navigate revenue share discussions and collaboration frameworks
- Operate independently while maintaining alignment
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
- Direct experience managing partnerships end-to-end
- Strong executive communication skills
- Experience building and managing structured CRM systems
- AI-native mindset with comfort using AI tools to improve outreach and workflows
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational discipline across multiple parallel initiatives
- Experience supporting founder-led or portfolio-based businesses
- Background in events, retreats, media, or brand partnerships
- Exposure to revenue-share or performance-based partnership structures
- Experience managing multi-entity or cross-brand collaboration pipelines
