We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Marketing Automation to collaborate with internal teams and enable the execution of end-to-end complex outbound strategic marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for delivering all marketing automation elements associated with campaigns, primarily within Eloqua, while providing advanced platform support to marketers. The successful candidate will also partner with the wider Digital team to develop and support ‘always-on’ inbound marketing initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
What you will do:
- Implement end-to-end outbound marketing campaigns using Eloqua
- Build and configure segments, emails, forms, landing pages, and workflows
- Provide advanced support across the marketing ecosystem, including Eloqua, Open Exchange, and Path factory
- Support integrated inbound and always-on digital marketing initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex campaign builds and automation requirements
- Deliver end-user training and guide new marketers through campaign development within Eloqua
- Update and maintain shared assets, including segments, templates, headers, footers, and workflows
- Troubleshoot campaign and system issues in collaboration with marketing stakeholders
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Interpret campaign data and present insights clearly to stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Eloqua
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects independently
- Demonstrated experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret and present complex information
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Results-focused, proactive, and highly collaborative work style
- Strong business acumen with understanding of financial drivers and growth objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the financial industry is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including designing and automating workflows using AI agents, is advantageous
