Key Responsibilities:

User Story Management:

Status Sequence Management:

• Implement and maintain a robust status sequence, leveraging hands-on Dev Ops experience.
• Keep stakeholders informed about project progress and address impediments hindering team productivity.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that integrates Dev Ops practices.
• Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops, with a focus on technical enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master with a strong technical background.
• Strong understanding of user story management and status sequencing.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO) would be advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
