The Successful Applicant
- Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 7-10 years' IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in multi-site environments (hospitality experience is an advantage)
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, and security projects
- Strong technical expertise across Microsoft ecosystem (AD, SCCM, Intune,
- Microsoft 365, Azure), infrastructure & virtualisation (VMware, Hyper‑V, Windows Server, storage), backup & DR (Veeam), cloud platforms (Azure, OCI), security & governance (ISO 27001, EDR, PAM), and hospitality systems
- (Opera, Simphony, Oracle EBS, TNG Spa or equivalent)
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Azure, ITIL) are an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to
- manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- High level of ownership, governance, and communication skills, with flexibility
- to support after-hours requirements
- Valid driving licence with willingness to travel
