Khonology is a digital services company focused on software development, Application Support, data analytics and engineering.
We are Talent Pooling for a skilled Delivery Manager to join our team.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure the implementation of an Agile working framework for targeted teams in complex technological environments.
- Manage and facilitate delivery teams to better collaborate, resolve conflicts and to work towards continuous improvement and value delivery.
- Oversee daily activities of delivery teams.
- Allocate resources and workloads according to delivery requirements
- Facilitate daily stand up or other scrum events.
- Assist in building well-structured agile practice.
- Plan, coordinate, organize and track projects through to implementation.
- Planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.
- Continuously learning and educating the development team and fellow Scrum Masters on Agile methodologies and practices.
- Coach and mentor the delivery teams to increase agile maturity across the company.
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients and stakeholders for business growth.
- Analyse and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Reporting to clients as well as internal Head of Delivery.
- 7 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
- In-depth knowledge of software development processes, especially Agile software development
- In depth knowledge of iterative development and continuous delivery
- Experience working with and managing multiple delivery teams
- Experience delivering complex development projects
- Experience working in Scrum Managing and communicating directly with multiple clients or stakeholders
- Strong administration, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Project Management certifications (PMBOK/ PRINCE2/ Agile Project Management/ Scrum Master)
- Knowledge of SAFe methodology and standards a bonus
- Strong Proficiency with the Atlassian tool stack, particularly Jira and Confluence
