Accenture South Africa is seeking an AI-Driven Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to design and implement next-generation logistics solutions. This role combines AI expertise with supply chain strategy to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-world supply chain challenges.

• Develop AI algorithms to optimize inventory management and demand forecasting
• Design machine learning models for route optimization and warehouse automation
• Collaborate with logistics teams to implement AI-driven supply chain solutions
• Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and propose AI-based improvements
  
  Integrate AI tools with existing ERP and logistics management systems

• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like Tensor Flow or Py Torch
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics
• Knowledge of optimization algorithms and predictive modeling
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or related field
• Master’s Degree preferred but not required

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analytics or AI implementation
• Proven track record in logistics optimization projects
