Payments is our core business where we provide services in more than 50 countries – UAE, Jordan, South Africa, Egypt are some of our key markets. Apart from payments, we provide services on Data and Insights, Lending, Insurance, Risk Solutions, etc. Our core customers are businesses at every scale and segment, though recently we are growing in direct to consumer card segment as well.

In this role, you will provide data-driven insights to influence the product strategy, enhance existing features and elevate end-user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on the roadmap and create a merchant Insights driven ecosystem.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing relevant merchant experience insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and testing of new features and enhancements for Pay Fast's payment processing platform.
• Support product releases by assisting in deployment activities and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to online payments and e-commerce.

Degree or Relevant experience

• 2+ years in a product analysis, business analysis or a related role.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, user segmentation and statistical analysis
• Passionate about technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Analytical with the ability to translate insights into Business Strategy
• Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and work with minimal supervision
• Results driven discipline.
• collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)
