University of Fort Hare seeks a motivated Voice NOC Engineer (Level
2) to join the Network Operations Centre in Johannesburg on a contract basis. You will monitor and support voice platforms, troubleshoot VoIP incidents, manage tickets, and coordinate escalations to restore services within SLA.
You’ll work with customers, technicians, vendors and internal teams, on a rotational standby roster, delivering best-in-class voice service support in a hybrid office setting (Bryanston).
