As an IT Graduate - SAP Specialist at IBM, you will be responsible for supporting SAP systems, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in system configurations. You will work closely with business teams to understand requirements and help optimize SAP solutions to meet business needs. This role provides hands‑on experience in SAP modules, implementation, and maintenance within a dynamic IT environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in SAP system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
- Support end-users by resolving technical and functional SAP‑related issues
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve business processes using SAP solutions
- Participate in SAP module implementations, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of SAP ERP, S/4
HANA, or related SAP modules (e - g

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
