Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Zoho applications (CRM, Recruit, Desk, Analytics, etc.).
- Configure workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop custom solutions using Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho with third-party systems and APIs.
- Provide user support, training, and system documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- 3+ years' experience working with Zoho applications.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho ecosystem.
- Experience with Deluge scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant IT, Systems, or Business qualification preferred.
