About the Role

Our client is looking for sharp, tech-savvy individuals to train as Apprentice Network Technicians in Randburg . This on-site role focuses on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer networks, including hardware and software. You will gain practical experience in troubleshooting network issues, supporting users, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure. Working closely with senior network engineers, you will develop the critical skills needed to manage and secure complex network environments in a dynamic business setting.

• Assist in the installation and setup of network hardware, including routers, switches, and access points.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of network connectivity issues.

• Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps taken.

• Grade 12 or equivalent, with a strong interest in IT and networking.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and network concepts.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with network technologies .
• Must be able to work on-site in Randburg .
