Business Architect

To oversee the functional solution design/architecture provided to a client and plays the role of interface between the project team & the client to ensure that all actions are taken to fully satisfy the client’s functional needs in their business/functional domain.

OPPORTUNITES

• You will act as Triage Manager to ensure optimal re-use and incorporation of agreed functional gaps within the Product development team.
• You will provide a single point of contact for business stakeholders including clients, partners and the Temenos project team through the project lifecycle.
• You will be able to demonstrate TRANSACT best practices based on various Temenos product implementations.
• You will be responsible for establishing and communicating the over functional solution design and how it is managed, controlled and focused on delivery value.
• You will challenge bespoke requirements and influence the client to adopt to the TRANSACT Standard Model Bank functionality and reduce local customizations.
• You will exhibit strong consulting skills and industry knowledge spanning multiple domains.
• You will ensure viable solutions design is proposed during the sales process and providing continuity and understanding into the delivery project.

REQUIREMENTS

• You should have a minimum of 15 years professional experience in software/banking consulting with a minimum of 10 years implementing our Core Banking System Transact.
• You should have business domain and TRANSACT product knowledge as follows:
• Retail and Corporate business (Lending/Deposits) at Granular Level.
• Accounting & Reporting Knowledge.
• High level knowledge of Payments.
• High level of Treasury knowledge.
• You should have experience in writing functional software specifications.
• You should have experience in configuring Transact application modules such as AA, TPH, Teller, Limit. Collateral, …
• You should have a successful track record of designing and delivering projects.
• You should have the ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
• You should have strong analytical skills and be organized, process driven and detail oriented.
• You should have good verbal and written communication skills, good presentation and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with clients.
• You should be goal-oriented and a self-motivated team player show works best in a collaborate team environment.
• You should be able to travel extensively for this role.
• Arabic or French speaking is a plus.
