Responsibilities:

Implement and configure UCC solutions for various clients.
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored UCC solutions.
Integrate and troubleshoot SIP trunks, Hunt Lines, HPBX, MPBX, and Contact Centre solutions.
Set up and manage Web Ex, Operator Connect, and MS Teams Direct Connect.
Configure and maintain Call Recording solutions.
Utilize Net Axis APIO and Broad Works platforms effectively.
Ensure seamless operation of Yealink and Polycom phones within the UCC ecosystem.
Provide technical support and training to clients on deployed solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to UCC.
