What We’re Looking For- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in software/tech
- Proven requirements engineering (user stories, acceptance criteria)
- 3+ years managing stakeholders across business and tech
- Experience analyzing API integrations and data mappings
- Comfortable with SQL/No
SQL data analysis - Experience in Agile delivery environments
- Elicit and document complex business requirements for global markets
- Translate needs into technical specifications and user stories
- Map third-party integrations and data flows
- Partner with engineering on backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Work on cutting-edge Fin Tech solutions with global impact
- Direct exposure to product/engineering leadership
- Opportunity to shape BA processes and standards
- Experience with modern cloud architectures and financial systems
