SAP Ariba Integration Consultant
Role Purpose Responsible for designing, implementing, configuring and supporting integrations between SAP Ariba, SAP S/4
HANA / SAP ERP and third-party applications. The role ensures reliable data exchange across procurement and source-to-pay processes, while supporting integration design, testing, troubleshooting and deployment.
- Design, configure and maintain integrations between SAP Ariba, SAP S/4
HANA / ERP and external systems. - Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
- Configure Ariba integration scenarios across master data, suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, receipts, sourcing, contracts and procurement.
- Develop and maintain interfaces using SAP Integration Suite / CPI, Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), APIs, REST/SOAP web services and SPROXY.
- Monitor interfaces and resolve integration errors and data discrepancies.
- Perform unit, system integration, regression and UAT testing.
- Support deployments across development, testing and production environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, SAP teams and external vendors.
- Maintain integration designs, mappings, configurations and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security, architecture, data governance and organisational standards.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for integration incidents.
- Support SAP Ariba implementations, upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer where required.

HANA & SAP ERP integration - Integration architecture & solution design

- XML, JSON, CSV & cXML
- Data mapping & transformation
- Integration troubleshooting & testing
- SAP ABAP knowledge is advantageous
- SAP Ariba Integration Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience Minimum 2+ years’ experience as an SAP Ariba Integration Consultant
- Rate:
Negotiable, dependent on experience.
