IT Graduate

This IT Graduate role at Epson’s META-CWA team offers hands-on exposure to SAP Master Data and IT business processes in a global environment. Reporting to the Senior IT Business Analyst and collaborating with the Master Data Specialist, the graduate will support administrative, documentation, and coordination tasks across IT and Master Data functions. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented recent graduate eager to build foundational experience in enterprise systems and cross-functional collaboration.

• Support SAP master data entry, updates, and documentation
• Assist with tracking service requests and ensuring data accuracy
• Document processes, meeting notes, and system workflows
• Help with planning and coordination of small IT projects
• Compile reports and maintain internal documentation
• Collaborate across departments to support daily operations
• Provide general administrative support to IT and Master Data teams

• Bachelor’s degree obtained in 2023 or later in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Software Development, or a closely related field
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to administrative tasks
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow structured processes
• Confidence to work in a progressive, multinational organization
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, and general documentation tools
• Interest in learning SAP and business data processes, with prior SAP knowledge considered beneficial but not required
