Translate business challenges into clear project outcomes. Work confidently with technology, business and senior stakeholders. Navigate complex projects involving multiple teams and dependencies. Bring structure to ambiguity and keep delivery moving. Challenge, influence and negotiate when required. Manage risks, budgets, resources, timelines and scope. Keep the customer and business outcome at the centre of delivery. Understand how emerging technologies, particularly AI, can support better customer experiences and business performance.
- 5+ years’ Project Management experience.
- Experience managing digital transformation, CX, technology or AI-related projects.
- Project Management certification/accreditations Financial/Insurance industry experience.
