- Minimum of 5+ years business analysis and project experience
- Experience with the lean/agile software development methodology
- Provides technical/functional assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
- Understand, capture and communicate business direction, challenges and requirements
- Plan and execute tasks / initiatives
- Participate in solution discussion
- Evaluate and propose solution approaches, IT solution implementation and conduct periodic implementation reviews
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to the Transaction Junction's IT standard and practice
- Support business process change
- Test all solution aspects including, but not limited to acceptance, security, performance, integration
- Support work required to successfully pass through all relevant project gates
- Deliver business solutions that include technology implementations and/or adaptations
- Maintain current applications including but not limited to bug fixes, feature enhancements and performance tuning
- Project and Document Management
- Apply knowledge, experience, and analysis skills to support cross-functional teams developing business and system requirements, user interface design, data modeling, system designs and system interface specifications
- Facilitate the gathering and analysis of business requirements in an agile team environment
- Work with key project stakeholders to formulate and communicate their business vision, map out initial requirements and scope software projects
- Translate project stakeholder requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria that feed the software development process
- Identify and model process requirements, data requirements, and business rules Support Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing
