Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors

• Designend-to-end experience journeys that meet customer needs and business goals
• Writeuser stories and acceptance criteria to inform product development
• Designand plan user testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain design documentation and design systems
• Enableand coach teams on the practice of service design

Skills:

Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• Experience with user research methods and analysis
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
