- Web Ex

- Microsoft Teams (including Direct Connect)
- Call Recording Solutions
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with Net Axis APIO.
- Experience with Broad Works.
- Familiarity with Yealink and Polycom phones.
- Networking and Communication
Certifications:- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
- Ribbon SBC (Session Border Controller) Certification
- Broad Works Certification
- UCC Specific
Certifications:- Web Ex Technical Certification
- Call Cabinet Training
- Implement and configure UCC solutions for various clients.
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored UCC solutions.
- Integrate and troubleshoot SIP trunks, Hunt Lines, HPBX, MPBX, and Contact Centre solutions.
- Set up and manage Web Ex, Operator Connect, and MS Teams Direct Connect.
- Configure and maintain Call Recording solutions.
- Utilize Net Axis APIO and Broad Works platforms effectively.
- Ensure seamless operation of Yealink and Polycom phones within the UCC ecosystem.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on deployed solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to UCC.
