Senior Product Systems Analyst ; Trading system

To effectively support and maintain existingtrading systems within global markets and identify opportunities and recommend technology solutions that enable the achievement of business objectives. Working closely with business and enablement to support tradingteams, optimise processes and drive efficiency across the business

• Ensure stable production environment through effective support of trading and business teams,optimizing processes and driving effective solutions for the Markets business
• Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systemsby identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and adding value to Nedbank
• Ensure effectivebusiness continuity by implementing robust solutions interpreted from business requirements specifications
• Participate in projects in a consulting or specialist capacity with other role playersinternally and external to the organization throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure optimal functioning of tradingsystems by ensuring they are configured for optimal performance; and continuously improving on existing processes and functionality
• Document related processes; procedures and policies for supporting the systems Document troubleshooting procedures for recovery of incidents and successful handover of systems supportto the relevant GT support areas; including training
• Manage the security and regulatory compliance of trading systems
• Manage stakeholder relationships by maintaining optimized communication channels between the technical integrations team and stakeholders
• Elicit; analyse and validate requirements for changes to trading systems within a definedstakeholders area within the markets business
• Participate in change processes and collaborate effectively with other technology delivery areas that contribute into the Markets business
• Identify training course sand career progression for self throughinput and feedback from management Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframe
• Share knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction Obtain buy-in for developing new and/or enhancedprocesses (e.g. operational processes) that will improve the functioning of stakeholders' businesses by highlighting benefits in support of the implementation of recommendations
• BSc Computer Science/IT/Maths/Engineering/Statistics Bcom Information Systems/Finance/Investments BTech IT, Engineering, Maths, Business Analytics

• 2 – 3 years in supporting tradingsystems

• Understanding various Markets value chain businesses – Trading, Treasury, Sales, Operations, Finance, Market Risk
