To be considered for this role, candidates should meet most or all of the following requirements:

• Have Microsoft certifications: MS-102 or AZ-104.
• 3+ years' experience in cloud administration, IT operations, systems administration, or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra .
• Experience supporting and managing macOS and Windows devices in a business environment.
• Experience with Intune/Endpoint Management, user provisioning, access control, and MFA.
• Strong troubleshooting, organisational and documentation skills.

The following would be advantageous:

• Experience with ISMS, ISO 27001, risk management, or compliance-related activities.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Power Shell, Power Automate, or Power Platform.
• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Copilot, or AI solution development.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager.

• Administration and monitoring of Microsoft Azure environments, dashboards, resources and costs.
• Administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive and Entra .
• User onboarding, offboarding, licensing, access management and identity governance.
• Support, deployment and management of macOS and Windows end-user devices.
• Administration of Intune, endpoint compliance and device security policies.
• Maintenance of IT asset, access, risk, incident and supplier registers.
• Support of ISO 27001 and ISMS compliance activities, audits and evidence collection.
• Management of security controls, permissions, MFA and governance processes.
• Monitoring, reporting and optimisation of cloud resource utilisation, subscriptions and licensing costs.
• Coordination with vendors, service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Documentation and maintenance of operational procedures, runbooks and platform records.
• Identification, escalation and remediation of operational, compliance and security risks.
• Support for Power Platform, AI Foundry, Copilot and automation initiatives.
• Continuous improvement of IT operations, security and business processes through technology and automation.
