Telecom Network Analyst

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Telecom Network Analyst to join their team in Randburg , Gauteng . This role is essential for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance and health of our client's telecommunications network. You will be responsible for identifying trends, troubleshooting performance issues, and recommending improvements to ensure optimal network operation. Working closely with network engineers and IT support, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service delivery our client is known for.

• Monitor network traffic, performance metrics, and system logs to identify anomalies and potential issues.
• Analyze network data to diagnose and troubleshoot problems, providing root cause analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in network analysis, monitoring, or administration.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., Solar Winds, PRTG) and diagnostic utilities.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing protocols, and network security concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
