IT Support Trainee

• Provide first-level technical support to internal staff for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and deletion of accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support requests, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology implementations.
