IT Director Technology, Data & Digital Platforms

800+ communication service providers, technology companies, hyperscalers, consultancies, and systems integratorsis seeking an experienced IT Director to lead its Technology, Data, and Digital Platforms function.

• Define and execute the technology, data and digital strategy.
• Lead digital platforms, engineering, Dev Ops and IT operations.
• Deliver secure, scalable and cost-effective digital experiences.
• Build trusted data, analytics and governance capabilities.
• Develop AI-ready platforms and enable practical AI solutions.
• Own technology roadmaps, priorities, architecture and governance.
• Lead the technology team and build a high-performance culture.
• Manage budgets, vendors, security, risk and technology investment.
• Drive automation, simplification and continuous improvement.
• Ensure technology delivers measurable organisational and member value.

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant senior technology leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering digital platforms and technology outcomes.
• Strong experience across cloud, SaaS, web, APIs, integration and Dev Ops.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics and AI enablement.
• Strong budget, vendor and stakeholder management experience.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance cost, speed, quality and risk.
• Comfortable operating hands-on in a lean, fast-moving environment.
