At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. As an IAM Analyst, you'll apply your real-world security knowledge to help AI systems reason accurately about identity risk, access control failures, and enterprise security architecture.
This is a rare opportunity to put your IAM expertise to work on something that matters at a global scale — shaping how the next generation of AI thinks about security.

- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves AI reasoning on security topics

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms

- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- No prior AI experience required — your security expertise is what matters
- Experience with platforms like Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, or similar
- Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, or PAM solutions
- Background in cloud security, penetration testing, or security architecture
