Job RequirementsWhat you'll do
- Log, triage, and resolve support tickets for Syspro ERP customers
- Reproduce issues, test fixes, and escape what needs deeper technical input
- Build working knowledge of Syspro modules across finance, inventory, and production
- Turn repeat issues into knowledge-base articles that save the next analyst time
What you need
- A relevant diploma or degree, completed within the last two years
- Clear, patient communication, especially under pressure
- Curiosity about how ERP systems hold a business together
- No prior Syspro experience required. We'll train you
