We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financials and hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes, functional configurations, workflows, and stakeholder management.
- Key Responsibilities Provide functional expertise and support across Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Financial modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Intercompany (IC)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Design, configure and manage functional workflows using Oracle BPM.
- Support system implementations, enhancements, testing, troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
- Assist with reporting and analytics requirements using tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams, business users and senior stakeholders throughout projects and implementations.
- Required Experience & Skills 5-10 years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion / Orale Financials. No one with under 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion will be considered for the role, as this is a strict requirement.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
- Strong hands-on experience across Oracle Fusion Financial modules, particularly GL, AP, AR, CM, IC and FA.
- Strong expertise in functional configuration and BPM workflows.
- Good understanding of financial business processes and ERP implementations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advantageous Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Oracle Fusion Financials Certification.
- Experience working on large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations or transformation projects.
