IT Helpdesk Analyst

Our client is seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their technical team in Randburg . This role is critical for providing first and second-level support to end-users, ensuring the efficient operation of the company's IT infrastructure. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely and effective solutions. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, possesses excellent problem-solving abilities, and has strong communication skills, contributing to a stable and productive IT environment within our client's offices.

• Provide responsive technical support to end-users for desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain user workstations and related peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, documenting solutions in the helpdesk system.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff or specialized support teams.

• Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are highly valued.
• Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
• Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
