The Digital Transformation Lead will spearhead the design, development, and execution of enterprise-wide digital strategies for Microsoft’s key clients in South Africa. Reporting to the Director of Digital Innovation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, architect scalable solutions, and guide organizations through change management processes. This position plays a pivotal role in expanding Microsoft’s footprint in the region, aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives, and delivering measurable value.

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies tailored to client industry verticals.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to identify pain points, define solution architectures, and establish implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Microsoft’s Cloud, AI, and Security teams to integrate Azure services, Power Platform, and modern workplace solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project life cycles, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with client KPIs.
• Provide executive-level presentations and reports that articulate business impact, ROI, and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of innovation and best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends to continuously refine service offerings.
• Support business development initiatives by contributing to proposals, RFP responses, and thought leadership content.

• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred), data analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation projects across multiple industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing C-level executives.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Certification in Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar recognized credentials is highly desirable.
