X3 Development Specialist

Join our team as a Sage X3 Development Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in solving complex application support issues and sharing your expert knowledge with colleagues, business partners, and clients.

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site at our Johannesburg office.

• Maintaining and advancing your expert-level knowledge of Sage X3 (both technical and functional).
• Creating and leading knowledge-sharing initiatives such as technical documentation and webinars.
• Developing a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver tailored support and solutions.
• Managing and processing X3 source code requests via JIRA.
• Leading on-site and remote "site rescues" to resolve critical issues.
• Providing exceptional customer service with a strong focus on results and resolution.

Your first three months will focus on onboarding, learning, and integrating:

• Complete the Sage onboarding program in collaboration with your manager and team.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of internal processes, systems, and customer needs.
• Show initiative, seek and provide feedback, and demonstrate your drive for excellence.
