Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems computer science engineering or related field
- Honours Degree MBA or master’s degree advantageous
- Microsoft Azure Data or AI certifications advantageous
- Relevant leadership and project management certifications beneficial
- Minimum 10 years’ experience leading technology functions and teams
- Proven experience driving technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience with cloud platforms data analytics and business intelligence solutions
- Experience implementing AI solutions AI agents and business automation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Power BI SQL and modern data platforms
- Experience managing technology vendors budgets and service providers
- Knowledge of cyber security governance and compliance frameworks
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and board level leadership
- Strong leadership people management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Develop and execute the group technology data and AI strategy
- Lead technology teams and drive a high-performance culture
- Identify and implement AI agents automation initiatives and digital innovation opportunities
- Oversee data analytics reporting and business intelligence platforms
- Ensure technology infrastructure security and business continuity requirements are met
- Manage strategic technology partners vendors and contracts
- Drive system standardisation integration and process optimisation across the business
- Present technology roadmaps business cases and project updates to executive leadership
- Ensure technology investments deliver measurable operational and commercial value
