This is a 3-month contract with our client in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities- Security Solutions & Implementation:Provide expert advice on complex security technologies, independently manage risk changes, and oversee successful deployments.
- R&D & Product Evaluation:Participate in research, proofs of concept, and product selections to enhance security architectures.
- Governance & Standards: Create, maintain, and review information security policies, rules, and operational standards.
- Incident &
Risk Management:
Analyse system logs and MIS reports to correct deviations, mitigate risks, and resolve complex technical issues. - Stakeholder Engagement & Mentorship:Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors while proactively mentoring junior administrators and analysts.
- Education: Advanced Diploma or National 1st Degree in an IT/Computer Science field.
- Certifications (Essential): CISSP, CISM, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience:
- 10–15 years of total IT experience.
- At least 2 years in a senior role.
- 3–5 years specializing in an Information Security technology.
