Freshmark is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Depot Manager to lead the Flower Co
Gauteng Depot
. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, service delivery, inventory control, workforce management, compliance, and profitability.

• Lead and manage all day-to-day depot operations.
• Drive productivity, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage workforce planning, inventory control, stock accuracy, and product quality.
• Collaborate with Transport, Trading, Planning, and Support teams to ensure service delivery targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards.
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs and depot performance.
• Manage costs, budgets, and profitability targets.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and develop operational teams.

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant qualification in Horticulture, Agricultural Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management advantageous
• Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Distribution
• Minimum 3 years' management experience leading operational teams
