Qualifications:

Matric
Advantageous if in possession of a Trade Test qualification

Minimum / Previous experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience doing electrical work

• Minimum of 2 years working doing plumbing work

• Knowledge and understanding of painting

• Basic knowledge of refrigeration and air conditions

• Good computer skills (MS OFFICE)

• Must be able to work flexible hours when necessary and able to
multitask under pressure

• Drivers licence with own transport

Key responsibilities:

• To oversee all the electrical services in the Club

• To oversee the painting function at the Club

• To oversee the equipment in the Club

• To purchase the spares for the maintenance department.

• To manage maintenance staff
