Mechanical Supervisor Tank Repairs

We are a leading Petro Chemical company specializing in Mechanical, Civils, Structural, and Tank Maintenance Works. Currently, we have exciting opportunities for experienced Mechanical Supervisors with expertise in tank repairs, as per relevant API specifications, to join our dynamic team. Candidates with petroleum storage tank sand blasting and corrosion protection experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute mechanical projects related to tank repairs, ensuring compliance with API specifications.
• Oversee project planning, quality control, and day-to-day resource, material, and equipment management.
• Ensure on-site safety measures are strictly adhered to, including knowledge of confined spaces, working at heights, and other relevant safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate daily diaries and internal daily reports to track project progress.
• Prepare client weekly reports and monthly reports, providing comprehensive updates on project status.
• Possess excellent computer literacy skills, enabling effective use of relevant software and tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, specifically in tank repairs, in accordance with relevant API specifications.
• Strong knowledge of petroleum storage tank sand blasting and corrosion protection techniques is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, with extensive knowledge of confined space procedures and working at heights.
• Excellent project planning and resource management skills.
• Proficiency in preparing reports, including daily diaries, internal reports, client weekly reports, and client monthly reports.
• 100% computer literacy, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate teams and liaise with clients.
• Flexibility to work at different project sites as per business requirements.
