A leading South African organization is seeking a Manager :
Labour Relations to lead the labour relations and transformation agenda.
In this role, you will ensure compliance with South African labour laws and drive the implementation of B-BBEE and Employment Equity frameworks.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of managerial experience in labour relations, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Afrikaans and English.
