MOULDER (SAND MOULDER) with FOUNDRY experience
- Willing to Relocate to Durban, KZN at Own Cost -
Durban Region, KZN
SAND MOULDER with FOUNDRY experience - Durban, KZN
* Minimum 5 - 6 Years' experience
* Trade Tested
* Manually Ram Moulds using Various types of SANDS
* Ensure correct Sands & Binders are used
* Set Moulding Boxes around Patterns
* Clean & Smooth Moulds, Cores
* Position Cores into Lower Sections of Moulds
* Cut Sputs, Runner Holes & Sprue Holes into Moulds
* Pour Molten Melting Moulds, Manually or using Crane Ladles
* Rotate Sweep Boards around Spindles in order to create
Symmetrical Moulds
