We are looking for a Production Assistant - Chemicals based at our Head Office in Denver.

About the role Reporting to the Supervisor , the successful candidate will be responsible for, daily production tasks, responsible for daily quality checks, and be versatile in the production plant.

• The packing of allocated products as per SOP
• The production assistant will support the production of quality products to meet the production schedule. This includes the cleaning and preparation of equipment, sanitization of work area, and restocking of inventory necessary to support the production schedule.
• The production assistants also have responsibilities of completing associated documentation
• Responsibilities include line clearance, setup and operation of packaging equipment, integrity, preparation of processing equipment, and coordinating task and schedules within the group and across functional lines.

• National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)
• Working experience within a Production Environment
• Chemical experience preferred
• Ability to read/write/speak English
• Ability to read written instructions.
• Ability to operate scales.
• Ability to wear Chemical PPE on every Shift
• Ability to work safely
• Able to work extended hours as and when required
• Work well in a team
• Attention to Detail
• Flexibility
