The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all electronic components, assemblies, and finished products meet company quality standards, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulations. The Quality Controller conducts inspections, identifies defects, and supports corrective and continuous improvement actions within the manufacturing process.

This position requires full-time presence at our Centurion, South Africa office.

• Ensure that all electronic components, assemblies, and finished products meet company quality standards, customer requirements, and relevant industry regulations.
• Conduct inspections, identify defects, and support corrective and continuous improvement actions within the manufacturing process.

• National Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

• Two to five years’ experience in electronics manufacturing quality control

• Experience inspecting PCBs, components, and electronic assemblies
• Exposure to ISO 9001, IPC A 610, and ESD procedures

• Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting systems

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency with inspection and testing tools such as magnifiers, microscopes, calipers, and multimeters
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
