About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales initiatives across a diverse portfolio of energy-related solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in B2B sales, dealer network expansion, and project development in the energy industry particularly across renewable energy, diesel & gas generators, steam-turbo systems, transmission & distribution, and related industrial sectors.

You will be responsible for managing client portfolios, conducting regular client visits, promoting products, and offering tailored financing solutions. Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new dealer and client relationships across the assigned territory
Build and maintain a strong customer network and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Drive business development through strategic communication, presentations, and client engagement
Maintain an up-to-date database of dealers, importers, and key decision-makers
Promote a broad range of products including new, used, and cross-brand equipment
Provide detailed product expertise and financing guidance to prospective and existing clients
Conduct frequent client visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities

Qualifications & Skills

58 years of proven sales experience in B2B portfolios or dealer network development
Experience in energy sector project development (renewables, generators, industrial power) strongly preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Understanding of industry regulations and market dynamics
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven by results
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Willingness to travel regionally or internationally as needed
Must own a reliable vehicle

Education Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
