We are looking for an energetic Salesperson to join our team at Olifants River Lodge . You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, contributing to sales initiatives and providing tailored solutions for our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement :
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and matching them with our offerings. - Sales Targets :
Support the sales team in meeting monthly and annual revenue goals. - Lead Generation :
Proactively seek out new opportunities by identifying potential markets and contacting leads. - Marketing Support :
Assist in promoting special offers, packages, and events across various channels. - Property Tours :
Conduct site visits and property tours for potential clients and stakeholders. - Reporting :
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager. - Team Collaboration :
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education : A relevant qualification in sales, marketing, or hospitality (preferred but not essential).
- Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or hospitality role.
- Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attributes :
Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
