Job Overview
To proactively build and manage a portfolio of business clients, achieve sales targets, and promote the company's products and services through effective relationship management and consultative selling.
Keep immediate superior informed of competitor action and customer status.
In-depth knowledge of specialty products and their application.
QualificationsRelevant Degree or Diploma.
5‑7 years extensive experience in sales or client management.
Proven Business‑to‑Business (B2B) experience is essential.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Prospecting:
Identifying and researching potential customers or markets. - Lead
Qualification:
Evaluating prospects to determine their fit and readiness to buy. - Presentations & Demos:
Showcasing products or services in a persuasive way. - Negotiation:
Discussing terms, pricing, and closing deals. - Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining long‑term relationships. - After‑Sales Support:
Following up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Reporting:
Maintaining accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Attend networking events and exhibitions to enhance business development skills.
Build a robust pipeline of opportunities in alignment with the Company growth objectives.
Work closely with Relationship Managers to transition clients post‑sales for long‑term success and retention.
