Position: Sales Graduate (Telecommunications)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Graduate to join our team in the telecommunications sector. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a passion for sales and technology, and an interest in developing a career in the fast-paced world of telecommunications. As a Sales Graduate, you will receive comprehensive training and support while assisting in the acquisition of new clients, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and creating proposals for potential clients.

  • Customer Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services.

  • Product Knowledge: Learn about client's portfolio of telecommunications products and services, including voice, data, broadband, and managed solutions, to effectively present them to clients.

  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and assist in identifying the needs of potential customers, ensuring alignment with the company’s offerings.

  • Sales Presentations: Preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.

  • Client Relationship Management: Support the sales team in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay informed about the latest in telecommunications technology and services.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software.

  • Sales Training: Participate in internal sales training sessions and professional development programs to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Telecommunications, or a related field.

  • Sales Drive: A strong interest in sales, with a desire to learn and grow in the telecommunications industry.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and present ideas clearly.

  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn about new technologies and products, and adapt to a fast-changing industry.

  • Team-Oriented: A collaborative team player who can work effectively within a sales team and contribute to overall team goals.

  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, especially in maintaining accurate sales records and following up on opportunities.
