Job Description

Our client, a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, is looking for a Social Scientist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the social performance management aspect of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Socio-economic impact assessments

• Social management plans

• Resettlement action plans

• Proposal writing

• Technical reporting

• Client liaison

• Stakeholder engagement

Requirements

- Experience in econmic assessmnets would be advantageous

-Proficient in English (additional language skill will be an added advantage).

-Valid driver’s license and passport

-Own transport.

-Able to travel internationally.

-Strong report writing and verbal skills.

-Be able to work independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams.

-Possess the ability to prioritise and multi-task and meet project deadlines.

-Have strong planning and problem-solving skills.
