CCTV Controller

Duties

• To action incoming alerts from various stores, monitoring for any risks or breaches of security, and taking the relevant steps to rectify the situation such as contacting the store and instructing them to enforce a security related procedure.
• To conduct regular virtual patrols across the stores and noting the findings of those patrols in the reports.
• Compiling a report daily, detailing the various occurrences whereby stores did not follow procedure, or where crimes occurred.
• Escalating any technical issues that have been discovered during the patrols that the issue may be resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must be PSIRA qualified. C Grade or Higher.
• Control Room Experience is essential, CCTV experience would be beneficial.
• Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be Computer literate. (word, excel, emails, CCTV software)
• The Control room is situated in Lanseria and is shift based. So, controllers must be able to arrive for their shifts on time when they are on duty.
