Giesecke and Devrient Mobile Security is seeking a Contracts & Compliance Manager to oversee local compliance matters in alignment with group corporate processes and guidelines, while serving as the Local Data Privacy lead.

Key Responsibilities
\ul> i>

AT Screening, NDA & Supplier/Customer Onboarding i>

Credit Applications i>

To provide legal advice on issue of all kinds of contracts and agreements, from initial draft to execution, with the company (Sales, Purchase, Service etc). i>

To monitor contracts through the contracting cycle, liaising with relevant staff. i>

To supervise Risk assessment (both operative & strategic) related to business contracts and to review and challenge output and escalated issues. i>

Legal due diligence and risk assessment of tenders and contracts, i>

Liaising with the customers to reach settlement agreement. i>

Advising on necessary action to be taken to avoid legal disputes with regard to business contracts i>

Local Compliance responsibility and internal coordination of sales partner agreements. i>

Providing procedures and guidelines internally in relation to compliance. i>

Provide advice, guidance, and training for employees in above fields. i>

Plan and administer usage to compliance. i>

Being the point of contact in case of compliance questions i>

Provide advice, guidance and implementation of Health and Safety regulations. i>

Submission of quarterly compliance reports to the headquarters. i>

Submission of donation requests to headquarters for approval. i>

Other duties and special projects as required. i>

To review and evaluate the existing data privacy measures at GDZAMS. i>

To ensure compliance with internal and external requirements regarding Data Privacy. i>

To support implementation of the corporate data privacy policies and national laws by issuing local and/or internal guidelines for data privacy. i>

To act as the central point of information for all questions related to data privacy within GDZAMS and to train employees on data privacy DROP data privacy. i>

To send annual reports on data privacy to the Group Policy Officer. Indianapolis i>

To create and maintain an intranet presence on Data Privacy in ePlanet. i>

Responsible for the examination of technical and organizational measures in view of data privacy. i>

To maintain (if applicable) contacts with the competent supervisory authorities and to fulfil all obligatory registrations with regard to data privacy. h3
