• Security Operations Management:
  Oversee all on-site guarding operations and security personnel.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and ensure proper reporting and corrective action.
• Supervise and manage control room operations (CCTV, access control, alarms).
• Ensure 24/7 monitoring and response readiness.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and reporting systems.
• Ensure all surveillance and security systems are fully operational and maintained.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective measures.
• Lead emergency preparedness planning (fire, evacuation procedures, etc.).
• Maintain safety records and ensure staff training compliance.
• Manage security staff scheduling, performance, and discipline.
• Conduct training and toolbox talks.
• Liaise with external security providers, contractors, and law enforcement where necessary.
• Manage security budgets and resource allocation.
• Grade 12 (essential).
• PSIRA Grade A certification (essential).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior security management role.
• Experience managing control room operations and CCTV systems.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent incident management and problem‑solving ability.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
