Duty Manager- Estates Job Johannesburg area,South Africa,Security

Minimum Requirements:

Matric certificate,
PSIRA Grade A
1-5 years’ experience in the security industry.
Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs.
Own reliable transport and valid Driver’s Licence is required.
No criminal record
Tertiary education will be an advantage
Firearm competence; handgun, short-gun and rifle

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

Ensuring that all Security Officers on site meet the contractual requirements as stipulated by the Client

General management and supervision of security staff and ensuring that all their queries are dealt with promptly

Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client.
Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered.
Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of services.
Dealing with all required administration matters.
Liaising daily with the Client on various operational issues.
Submitting relevant Daily/weekly / monthly incident and general reports as required by Management.

Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
Uphold and enforce company policies
Train new hires
Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed
Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction
Schedule shifts
Address customer issues and complaints
Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues
Oversee security of the facility
